Sir Venificus was once a Knight to the Lord of Wessex. He achieved his Knighthood at the age of nineteen when he saved his master in battle. He was knighted that evening by the Lord of Wessex and served the lord well. He excelled past the other knights in valient acts and became the Lord's First Knight.
He served as the head of military of Wessex for seven years until the Lord gave an order he did not believe in. The military was ordered to burn an innocent village, and John refused. After he was demoted the Lord ordered the army to kill John. Venificus escaped barely with his life and knew he would never be able to return to Wessex or his home of Winchester. He was an Outlaw now for his beliefs. He still believes in the code of chivalry way of a Knight and only steals what he needs unless he can get it from the land. He'll never kill unless he is forced to.
He is determined to one day earn his honor back and show everyone that the Lord of Wessex is an evil tyrant.
